Nakshatra Engineering I Pvt Ltd is situated at No 131 in Shukrawar Peth. This area has a lot of history and our office fits right in with the local vibe. We are mostly focused on engineering tasks, so you’ll see a lot of drawings and technical manuals lying around the desks. It’s not the cleanest office because we are always working on something new, and things tend to pile up. The building is older and has those narrow stairs that make moving equipment a bit of a challenge. We have a few engineers and some support staff who have been here since the start. It’s the kind of place where people wear casual clothes and don't worry too much about appearances. We focus on getting the technical details right rather than having a shiny lobby. The street outside is usually crowded with scooters and delivery vans, which is just part of being in this part of the city. We have a small corner for making coffee and that’s where most of the non-work talk happens. Sometimes we get frustrated with a design, but we just walk it off and try again. There aren't any big speeches or corporate slogans here. It’s just us doing engineering work at No 131 and trying to get through the daily tasks without too many hiccups. We usually leave around six in the evening when the shops nearby start turning on their bright signs.
