Nakasha Software Services Private Limited is based in Bavdhan, Pune. We’re in the Ambience Antilia building, Flat A/101. It’s right near Kapil Zinith, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Software is what we do. It’s a lot of hours sitting in front of screens, but we enjoy it most of the time. The office is basically an apartment that we’ve repurposed for our needs. It feels more comfortable that way than a sterile office block. There’s no lobby or front desk. You just come in and see us working. Bavdhan is a nice part of Pune, not as crazy as the center but still busy enough during the day. We focus on getting the code right and making sure our services actually help people. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big talk. We’re just a small team of software folks. We have our coffee machine and our computers, and that’s about all we need to stay productive. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we're doing with all those monitors, but it’s just us doing our thing. It’s a quiet, productive space for the most part. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up every morning and try to solve the problems that came in the day before. It’s steady work and we like it.
