Nachiket Engineering Pvt Ltd is located over in Erandwane, at 303 Sanskrutishilp. We are right opposite the Jeevan Jyot Mandal, which is a good landmark because people sometimes get lost in the lanes of Tarte Colony. Engineering is what we do, and our office is where all the planning and the actual drawing happens. It is a quiet residential-feeling neighborhood, which is nice compared to the noisier parts of Pune. We have been here for a bit and the neighbors know us. The office is pretty basic, just some computers, some old files, and a lot of tea going around. We aren't a huge team, just a few engineers and some support staff trying to keep up with the work. It is not like those fancy IT offices you see in Hinjewadi; we are more of a traditional engineering setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at blueprints. Sometimes things get a bit stressful when deadlines are close, but we usually figure it out. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly find out about us because they know someone we worked with before. It is just about doing the work and making sure the math is right.
