Our place is in Pune, specifically over in Chandannagar. We are located at 52/1 in the Shree Ram Housing Society, down Lane Number 8. It’s a local neighborhood setup. We wanted to be somewhere accessible for the people living nearby. The pharmacy isn't a massive store; it's more of a community-focused spot. We spend our days sorting through prescriptions and helping people find what they need. Lane 8 is usually busy with people going about their business. We’ve set up our shelves to hold the basics and some more specific items too. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a big delivery, but we manage. We aren't a corporate chain. It’s a private limited setup but feels more like a small family business. We talk to our customers like neighbors because many of them are. There’s no fancy lighting or music, just the sound of the street and our small team working. We try to be quick, hence the name, but we don't rush the important stuff. The paperwork takes up a lot of our evening time. It’s a simple life running a shop in this part of Pune. We’re just here doing our job every day and checking the inventory. Sometimes the rain makes the lane muddy, but life goes on here regardless of the weather. We close up once the last customer leaves.
