Operating out of Narayan Peth has its ups and downs. Our office is in Punit Apartment, specifically at number 526, where the Vinayak Medical Center is also located. It’s a lively spot in Pune, and there’s always something going on right outside the door. We handle various engineering tasks here, mostly the kind of technical work that requires a lot of focus. The room we work in is small and packed with all sorts of tools and folders. It isn't a place for showing off; it is a place for getting things done. We have been here for several years now and we know all the other shop owners on the street. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually hear about us from their friends or business partners. During the day, it can get quite hot, so we keep the fans going and just keep our heads down. We do a lot of drafting and checking of specifications. It is a very practical environment where the work is the main priority. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, but mostly we are right here in the middle of Narayan Peth. We aren't interested in being a giant company. We just want to do our engineering work and be part of the local community. It is a simple way of running a business and it works well for us.
