Our office is tucked away in Viman Nagar B/18, and it’s mostly just a bunch of desks with monitors and a lot of tangled wires under the tables. If you walk in, you’ll probably hear the hum of a few servers or someone frustrated with a laptop that won't boot up. We deal with all sorts of IT problems here, from slow internet connections to software that just refuses to install correctly. It’s not a shiny corporate office with a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. Viman Nagar is a busy area, so there is always some traffic outside, but inside we are usually focused on fixing code or rebuilding a hard drive. We have a small corner where we keep all the old keyboards and spare mice that might come in handy one day. Some days we are out at other offices setting up networks, and other days we are just here at B/18 trying to figure out why a printer isn't working. It’s pretty straightforward work, really. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during long backup sessions. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is always a bit stressful. It’s just us doing what we know how to do with computers and servers in this part of town.
