Mvision Pmit Solutions Private Limited is tucked away on Level 9 of Tower 2 in the World Trade Centre in Kharadi. Being in such a big building means there is always something going on downstairs in the lobby or near the security gates. Up here on the ninth floor, things are a bit more focused. You can see quite a bit of Pune from the windows, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the monitor. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have rows of desks and some chairs that have seen better days. It is mostly a quiet atmosphere except for when we are trying to figure out a problem together. The air conditioning is usually a bit too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks. Kharadi has turned into a real hub, so there is always noise from the construction or the traffic on the main road below. We don’t really go for those big corporate speeches or fancy meetings. Most of our day is spent just handling the tasks in front of us. We have a small pantry where the kettle is always running because we drink a lot of tea to stay awake. It is a decent place to spend the day, and we all know each other well enough to know who likes their tea with extra sugar. We just keep moving along.
