Muktai Traders Kirana Shop

The shop is located on Sinhagad Collage Road over in Vadgaon Budruk. It is a bit of a busy area with the college students and all the locals living in the 7th A Cross lanes. We call it Muktai Traders Kirana Shop. We deal with all the usual grocery items that a house needs. Managing the inventory in such a crowded area can be tricky because the delivery vans struggle to find parking on the narrow roads. Often, we are moving heavy sacks of grains while trying to talk to three different customers at once. The address here can be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here, with names like Hegganahall andh being mixed in, but the locals know exactly where to find us. We keep the shop open quite late because that is when the students usually come out to buy snacks or things for their rooms. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction that always seems to be happening somewhere nearby. We aren't a big supermarket, just a local kirana store where things are sold over the counter. Sometimes the bags break or we have to wait a week for a certain brand of oil to arrive. We just do our best to keep everyone happy and make sure the accounts stay straight at the end of the day. It’s a tiring job but it keeps the kitchen running.
