M/S.Ispat Industries Limited

We are located over in New Panvel, which is part of the bigger Mumbai area. If you know the neighborhood, you know it's always moving and changing. Our place is right in the thick of it. We deal with steel and industrial work, so it's a noisy, busy environment most of the time. There's always trucks coming in or going out with loads. It can get a bit dusty and loud, but that’s the nature of the industry we are in. Most of the staff lives nearby, so we have a good mix of people who have been around for a long time. We aren't big on fancy titles or polished office spaces. The desks are usually covered in drawings or notes from the previous shift. It’s a practical place. We focus on the steel. Dealing with metal is tough work, and it requires a lot of focus so nobody gets hurt. New Panvel has grown a lot since we first set up here. Traffic can be a real headache sometimes, especially during the monsoon rains when the roads get messy. But we make it work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People know us because we’ve been here in Mumbai for years. We just keep the machines running and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and it keeps the lights on for everyone. Nothing fancy about it at all, just people doing their jobs.
