M.S.Associates

Our office is located at G P Terrace, in Flat 203, right in Balaji Nagar, Dhankawadi. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels quite different from those big glass office blocks you see in other parts of Pune. We have been working out of this space for a while now, handling all the things that an associates firm does, like planning and paperwork for various projects. It is usually just the sound of keyboards clicking and the fan humming in the background. Balaji Nagar is a busy residential hub, so we see a lot of local people going about their business every day. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one to let people know they are in the right place. Most of our work involves sitting through long hours of looking at figures and maps to make sure everything is correct. Sometimes we have to go out to meet people at their sites, but most of the time we are right here in Dhankawadi. It’s a simple setup with basic furniture and some filing cabinets that are starting to get a bit full. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that; we just do our work and hope people are satisfied with it. The neighborhood is nice, and there are plenty of small places nearby to grab a quick tea during breaks. We try to keep things organized but files always seem to grow.
