M/S Ispat Industries Ltd is based in New Panvel at the Matruchyya Co. Ho. Society. You can find us in Flat No. B / 101, which is part of the Riddhi Complex II in Sector 13. This is in the Khandacolony area of Maharashtra. It’s more of a residential neighborhood than a business one, which we actually like. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We have been using this flat as our office for a long time. It’s where we handle all the administrative work and keep the records for Ispat Industries Ltd. We don't have any big marketing slogans or corporate goals plastered on the walls. It’s just a place where we do our jobs. Most of us have been with the company for a while and we know each other well. Khandacolony is a nice area and it’s easy to get what we need during the day. The office is just a regular flat with some desks and chairs. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. Sometimes the society can be a bit busy with people coming and going, but we just stick to our work. It’s a very practical setup for us. We just focus on doing an honest day's work and then heading home. It’s a simple way to run things here in New Panvel. We have been part of this community for years.
