Our place is over at 127 Jaiprakash Co Op Hsg Soc in Malwadi, which is part of the Hadapsar area in Pune. It is more of a residential neighborhood than a big business park, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We are tucked away inside the housing society, which means it stays relatively quiet during the working hours. There are trees around and you can hear the neighbors going about their lives while we are on our computers. Hadapsar is quite a distance from the main parts of Pune, but there is plenty of stuff nearby for when we need a break. We have been operating from this spot for a bit. It is not a shiny glass building, just a regular space in a society block. Finding the house number 127 can take a minute if you are new to the layout of Malwadi. The roads get a bit dusty in the summer, but that is just how it is here. Most of us just commute in and settle down at our desks. There isn't any fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a simple door and a place to work. We deal with whatever comes in on the emails and phone calls. It works for us. The local grocery stores are just down the road if anyone needs a snack or a bottle of water.
