Mountainae Softwares Private Limited is tucked away in Kasarwadi. We’re located at Radhika Shelters, specifically in flat number 12 at Sno392. It’s right near the Sandvik factory, which is a big landmark in this part of town. Our office isn’t in a commercial park; it’s inside a residential building, which gives it a much quieter feel. We like that we don't have to deal with the noise of a massive office complex. Inside Fl12, we’ve got a basic setup with desks, chairs, and all our hardware. It’s a bit like a home office but for the whole team. We don’t wear uniforms or follow strict corporate rules. We just show up, make some coffee, and start working on our software projects. Kasarwadi is a busy industrial and residential mix, so there’s always a bit of life around the building. Sometimes the neighbor's kids are playing in the hallway, or you can hear people talking downstairs. It’s a very human environment. We’ve been here for a while and the location works well for us. We don’t have a big sign outside or any flashy lights. Most people find us because they have our address or they know someone who works here. It’s just a plain, honest space where we get things done without any unnecessary drama. We focus on the code and the technical stuff, and that keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
