We are located on the 5th floor of a building on Pune-Satara Road, right on Amarsi Road. Montek Tech Services Pvt Ltd is just a group of us working in an office space. Being on the 5th floor means we are away from the direct noise of the main road, but you can still hear the horns honking if you open the window. Our daily life involves a lot of sitting in front of screens. We handle different kinds of tech tasks, mostly fixing problems or setting things up for other companies. It isn't a flashy place. We have desks, chairs, and a small area where we keep the kettle for tea and coffee. The elevator in this building is a bit slow, so some of us just take the stairs if we aren't feeling too tired. We arrive in the morning, log into our systems, and stay until the work is done. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big project or something breaks that needs immediate attention. The Amarsi Road area has a few places to grab lunch, so we usually head out for a bit in the afternoon. It is a standard tech office environment. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the technical work that needs to be finished each day. It's quiet work for the most part, punctuated by the sound of typing and the occasional phone call.
