If you’ve ever walked down 7th Main Road in Chinchwad, you’ve probably seen our shop front. It’s not very big, but we manage to fit a lot of phones and accessories in here. We spend most of our day sitting behind the counter, looking at cracked screens and trying to figure out why someone’s battery won't hold a charge anymore. It gets pretty crowded in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work and they stop by to get a new charger or a tempered glass. The road outside is always noisy with the traffic, but that’s just how it is on the 7th Main. We’ve got shelves stacked with different phone cases and cables, and half the time we’re digging through drawers to find a specific part for a repair. It’s a bit messy back there where we do the soldering and fixing, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes a customer comes in frustrated because their phone died, and we just try to see what we can do to help them out without making it too complicated. It’s a simple shop and we like it that way. No big displays or flashing lights, just a place to get your phone sorted so you can go about your day. We have a small radio playing in the corner, mostly just to drown out the sound of the horns from the street.
