Mohanjacob

My name is Mohanjacob and I operate out of Flat 301 in the Daffodil building. It’s part of the Kumar Suraksha complex, which is located just off Nibm Road in the Kondhwa area of Pune. Living and working in a flat means I don’t have a storefront, but it’s a good spot for me. The traffic on NIBM Road can be quite something during the rush hours, so I usually try to stay put during those times. The pincode here is 411048. It’s a residential complex, so it’s mostly quiet except for the usual sounds of kids playing or cars coming into the parking lot. I’ve got my computer and my files set up in the second bedroom. It’s a practical arrangement that keeps my costs down and lets me focus on the actual work. I don't have a receptionist or a big board with my name on it downstairs. Most people just call before they come up. Pune has grown so much lately, and Kondhwa is a busy part of it now. I’ve been in this flat for a few years and it’s become my main base. Sometimes the lift stops working for maintenance, so I have to walk up the three floors, which keeps me active I guess. I handle everything myself from answering emails to sorting out the accounts. It’s a straightforward life and I like the convenience of this location for managing my daily affairs.
