Mohan Athavale

You can find Mohan Athavale over at 3/66 in the Leela Park Society. We are tucked away in the Shivthirt area of Kothrud, just off the Av Road. It’s a nice enough spot, a bit quieter than the main roads, which we appreciate when we are trying to get work done. We’ve been based in this society for quite some time now. It’s not a large commercial building or a high-rise office; it’s a more personal space that fits the way we like to operate. Being in Kothrud means we are around a lot of residential areas, so we see our neighbors frequently. The work we do here is steady and we try to keep things as uncomplicated as possible. We don't have a lot of staff or a big corporate structure to deal with. It’s just a matter of staying organized and making sure we take care of whatever comes across our desk. Sometimes the office gets a little cluttered with files and books, but we know where everything is. We don't go in for fancy slogans or trying to impress people with big words. We just talk to people like regular folks because that’s who we are. If you’re in the Leela Park area, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times without thinking much of it. We like it that way. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand every day.
