Modular Electronics Pvt Ltd has been based at Rasta Peth 1317/B for a good long time now. Even though the name sounds a bit official, we are really just a group of people who enjoy fixing and selling various electronic parts. The building is an older one, 1317/B, and it definitely has its own quirks, like the lights that flicker sometimes or the very narrow stairs you have to climb. We have cardboard boxes stacked up in almost every corner because we hate throwing away something that might be useful for a repair later on. Rasta Peth is a crowded area, full of energy and noise, and we are right in the middle of it all. Most of our day is spent looking through old catalogs or testing small components on the workbench. We do not have a fancy reception area or anyone wearing a suit to greet you. If you come in, you will likely find us in the back with a soldering iron or looking closely at a circuit board. We have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but our shop stays pretty much exactly the same. We know the other shopkeepers around Rasta Peth and we all help each other out when someone needs a tool or a bit of advice. It is a steady way of life for us. We do not go looking for trouble or try to grow too fast. We just want to make things work.
