Moderntech Arrays (Opc) Private Limited is based out in Wagholi, Pune. We are in the Olive building on Baif Road, specifically in Flat D-202. Wagholi is a bit further out from the main city center, which means things are a little less frantic, though the road construction nearby never seems to end. The office is inside a residential complex, so it feels quite private and calm. We use the flat as our primary workspace for all the tech things we handle. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of wires running around. G No. 1180/1 and 1180/2 are the land markers for this area. We usually start our mornings with a quick chat about what needs to be fixed or finished by evening. Being in D-202 gives us a decent view of the surroundings while we work. It’s a one-person company setup technically, but there is always plenty to do. Baif Road has its own local charm, with small shops and stalls nearby if we need a quick break. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby for visitors. If someone comes by, we just pull up an extra chair. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business. We stay focused on the work and don't worry much about the corporate look. It suits the way we like to operate in this part of Pune.
