Modern Lunch Home

Modern Lunch Home is located on J N Road in Model Colony. It is a very straightforward kind of place. We open for the lunch crowd mostly. People from the nearby offices come in when they finally get their break. It gets a bit cramped inside when everyone shows up at the same time. We have a few fans going to try and keep it cool. The menu is just what it is. We don't change things around very much. J N Road is usually busy with cars and people walking back and forth. We have seen the whole neighborhood change over the years. Model Colony is a bit quieter than the main part of the city, but it has its busy moments. We just try to get the food out on time. Sometimes we make mistakes with an order, but we fix them. It is not a corporate chain. It is just a local lunch home. We wash the dishes in the back and prep all the vegetables in the morning. It is a lot of routine. We don't have a website or anything like that. Just the physical shop. People know the name Modern Lunch Home from walking past it every day. We stay open until the afternoon rush ends. Then we clean up and get ready for the next day. It is honest work. No frills. Just a place to get something to eat during the day. That is about it for us.
