Modern Enterprises is tucked away in the Chakankar Industrial Estate Warje Malwadi 3/352, over in Vadgaon Budruk, Jadhav. Being in an industrial estate means it's not the most peaceful place, but it suits what we do just fine. We have been here long enough that we don't even notice the sound of the machinery or the trucks moving in and out anymore. Our space is filled with whatever supplies and materials we need for the day's tasks. It isn't a showroom or a fancy office; it's a place where work actually happens. We don't have a front desk with a receptionist waiting to say hello; usually, you just have to find one of us in the back working on something. We started this because we wanted a steady place to work in Vadgaon Budruk, Jadhav, and this spot in the Chakankar Industrial Estate was available. It can get a bit messy during a busy week, but we try to keep it organized enough to function. We deal with other local businesses and people who need specific items or services we provide here. We don't use big corporate words or try to pretend we are a huge company. We are just a small outfit trying to do a decent job so that people keep coming back. Life in an industrial area is pretty basic and we are okay with that. There are no frills here, just hard work and getting the orders out on time every week.
