Our office is located in Wakad, specifically in the Ozone Spring building near Dange Chowk. We are up on the fifth floor in flat 503. It’s a busy part of Pune, especially with the Link Road right there bringing in all the traffic. Mobipride started out as just a small idea between friends and now we spend our days here working on various software projects. It’s more of a home-office feel than a corporate one, which we actually prefer for our daily routine. We have a decent view from the window, which helps when we need a break from looking at the code for hours on end. The team is small, just a handful of us who live nearby in the Wakad area. We usually just wear casual clothes and keep things relaxed. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, someone just grabs it and does it. We handle a lot of different mobile and software tasks, depending on what our clients need. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever to come down, so we end up chatting with the neighbors in the lobby. It’s a simple, straightforward way to work. We don’t have any fancy brochures or big sales pitches to give people. We just show up, do our tasks, and try to make things work better. It’s a quiet life of tech work.
