Mobile World

I set up Mobile World at Vadgaon Sher 154 in the Somnath Nagar area of Kothrud because it felt like a good spot. It’s a busy corner, and there's always someone looking for a new cable or a screen protector. The shop isn't huge, but I've crammed in as many display cases as I could. I spend a lot of time cleaning fingerprints off the glass because everyone wants to touch the new models. We handle a lot of different things here, like software updates and basic repairs. Sometimes people come in frustrated because they forgot their passwords, and I have to sit with them and figure it out. It gets hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front window directly. I usually have a fan going, but it’s still pretty warm. I try to keep the most popular items in stock, though sometimes the deliveries are late. The shelves are a bit disorganized right now, I need to get around to sorting the back room one of these days. It’s mostly locals who come in, folks I see at the market every morning. We don’t do anything fancy, just sell phones and fix the ones that break. I’ve been here for a couple of years now and it feels like part of the neighborhood. The rent keeps going up, but we’re staying put for now. Just a normal mobile shop for normal people who need their devices working again.
