We’ve been running Mobile World Shoppee over here at Hadapsar 149 for quite some time now. It’s just a standard shop where we deal with all sorts of phone stuff every single day. Most mornings start with unlocking the shutters and wiping down the glass counters before the first few people wander in looking for a cable or maybe a new cover for their device. It gets pretty loud outside since Hadapsar is always moving, but inside we just focus on whatever phone is on the desk. Sometimes it’s a simple fix, other times someone is just looking for a cheap second phone for work. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just know where we are. The space isn't huge, so it gets a bit crowded if more than four people come in at once. We usually have the radio playing in the background to pass the time between customers. There are stacks of boxes in the back that I really need to organize better, but there’s always something else to do first. It’s a basic life, really. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood. Some folks stop by just to ask a quick question about their settings. We don’t mind. It’s just part of being here at number 149. We’ve got the usual stools for people to sit on while they wait. It’s nothing fancy, just a regular mobile shop doing its thing.
