Mobile Shoppe

You can find us over in Vadgaon Sheri. We called the place Mobile Shoppe because that is exactly what we are. It’s a simple setup. We’ve got shelves with covers and chargers lining the walls. Most of the time, someone is here fixing a handset while chatting with a customer. Vadgaon Sheri is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the door. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or they’re passing through. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with boxes when a new shipment comes in. We try to keep it organized, but it’s hard when you’re busy with repairs. We see all kinds of phones, old ones with buttons and the newest touchscreens. Sometimes we have to tell people a part isn't available right away. We just try to get things working again so people can get on with their day. It’s not a big corporate store with uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and get the work done. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we’re used to it. We open early enough for the morning rush and close when the street quietens down. If you need a screen guard put on or a battery checked, this is where we spend our time. It is a straightforward business for the local community here in Vadgaon Sheri. We just take it one day at a time.
