Mobile Shopee & Reparing Center

Down here on Laxmi Road at the Slum Clearance Board area, it’s always loud and full of people. Mobile Shopee & Reparing Center is right in the middle of all that action. We spend our time hunched over small tables fixing screens and trying to find why a phone won't turn on. It is a lot of small parts and tiny screws that easy to lose if you don't pay attention. The shop is usually filled with the sound of the street outside and the hum of our tools. We see all kinds of phones come through here, some very old and some newer ones that people dropped. It’s a small space, so things can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of repairs waiting. Laxmi Road is a busy place to be, and there is never a dull moment. We don't have a fancy website or a big team. It’s just us doing the work as it comes in. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought it would, and we just have to tell the customer to come back tomorrow. That's just how it goes with electronics. The lighting in here has to be bright so we can see what we are doing with the delicate wires. We keep the shop open late most nights because that's when people are off work and need their phones back.
