Mobile Point

This shop is right here in Pune Cantonment Board 4. It’s a straightforward spot where we deal with mobile phones and all the little bits that go with them. You know how it is, everyone needs a screen protector or a new cable at some point because they keep losing them. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage. The space is a bit tight especially when three or four people are inside at once. We spend most of the day talking to customers about why their phone isn't charging or looking for a specific model they saw online. It’s not a corporate office, just a local shop with a counter and some stools. We’ve seen the technology change a lot over the years, from those old buttons to these big touchscreens. People around the neighborhood know us well. We don't put on any acts. If we can't fix it, we’ll tell you straight. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the new brands coming out every month. But we stay busy. It gets hot in the summer with the sun hitting the front, but we keep the door open. Just a regular day at the shop for us at Mobile Point. We like being in this part of the Cantonment Board. It’s a good place to be. We keep things moving one phone at a time and handle the repairs as they come in. No unnecessary talk, just fixing gadgets.
