Mobile Phone Store

You can find us over on the Viman Nagar Mumbai Pune Road, specifically near the Dapodi Road stretch. It’s a noisy spot because of all the trucks and cars zooming past toward the highway, but it brings people into the store. We just called it Mobile Phone Store because that’s exactly what it is, no need for anything more complicated than that. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves with boxes and a repair bench that’s seen better days. We’ve got wires hanging from hooks and a bunch of second-hand phones that we’ve cleaned up. Most people stop in because they’re on their way somewhere and realize they forgot their charger or their screen finally gave up. It’s not the most organized place in the world, we’ve got piles of old battery covers and manuals in the back that we really should sort through one day. We stay open late most nights because that’s when people are coming home from work and realize they need their phone fixed for the next morning. It gets a bit lonely sometimes when the traffic dies down, but usually, there’s someone coming in with a question about their data plan. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. It’s a basic shop for basic needs, and we’re happy to be here on the main road. Most days you'll find us here till nine or so.
