Mmc Hard Metal (India) Pvt Ltd is based in Kothrud, specifically in the Nirmal Plaza building at 4A/4B. Kothrud is a lively part of Pune, and being in Nirmal Plaza puts us right in the middle of a lot of activity. Our office and work area are dedicated to handling hard metal products. It’s heavy work and the shop floor reflects that. We have racks and storage for all the different metal grades we keep. The space isn't very large, so we have to stay organized to make sure we can find everything when a customer calls. The staff here consists of people who really understand the properties of the metals we deal with. We aren't big on fancy marketing or sales pitches. People come to us because they know we have what they need in stock. The plaza can get crowded, especially during the middle of the day with people coming and going. We usually grab tea from the stall downstairs twice a day to keep us going. It’s a regular routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We handle the orders, pack them up, and get them sent out. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially on Mondays, but we get through it. It’s just us, working with metal in a busy plaza, making sure we do a decent job every day because that is what the work requires of us here.
