Down at 574 Budhwar Peth, you’ll find Mitwa Mobile. This part of town is always packed with people looking for deals, and our shop is right in the middle of that energy. We deal with all sorts of mobile phone things, whether it’s a hardware repair or just someone needing a cheap second phone. The shop space is quite narrow, but we make use of every inch of the walls for displaying pouches and headphones. Budhwar Peth is famous for being a hub of activity, so we get a lot of walk-in customers who are just comparing prices as they walk through the market. We don't really have a big staff, so it’s usually just a couple of us handling everything from sales to repairs. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when the market is at its busiest, but we just keep going. We see a lot of phones that have been dropped or had water spilled on them. It’s interesting to see how much people rely on their devices these days. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Pune, just a reliable little spot in the Peth where you can get your phone looked at without a lot of hassle. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, and the counter is a bit scratched up from all the years of use, but it works for us. We just like being part of the local buzz and helping folks keep their tech running.
