Mittal Communication

Mittal Communication is located at Khadki Mahadev Park Vastaral 62. We’ve been running this shop for a while now. It’s a place where you can get a new phone or get your old one fixed. We also sell recharge cards and SIM cards. The shop is in a good spot in Mahadev Park. We have a glass front so people can see what we have. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work. Vastaral 62 is easy for people to get to. We have some shelves with accessories like earphones and chargers. Most of our day is spent talking to customers and figuring out what’s wrong with their devices. We aren't experts in everything, but we know our way around a mobile phone. Sometimes the repairs are easy, other times they take a lot of patience. We just do the best we can. Mittal Communication is a family-run kind of place. We don't have corporate rules or anything like that. We just treat people the way we want to be treated. It’s a bit loud on the street sometimes, but we’re used to it. We keep the shop open late most nights because that’s when people are off work. It’s just a simple business in a busy area. We like being part of the Khadki community and seeing the same neighbors walk by every day. It feels good to be part of the local scenery here. We try to keep things honest and straightforward.
