Our office for Mirald Innovations Llp is situated right in the middle of Market Yard. If you know Pune City, you know how busy Gultekadi gets with all the trucks and vendors. We are in Vartex Plaza, using plots 23 to 25. It’s a lively area, to say the least. There is always something happening outside our windows. We do innovation work, which basically means we spend a lot of time thinking and testing things out. It’s not always pretty. Sometimes we have parts and papers scattered everywhere. The building is decent and we’ve made ourselves comfortable here. We aren't some big firm with a hundred employees. We are just a small team trying to do something useful. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the market traffic, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over the years. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. This is just where we work. We focus on the practical side of things. If something doesn't work, we fix it. That's the way we've always done things here in Maharashtra. It’s a bit dusty because of the location, but we don’t mind much. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever project is currently on the table. Most of the time we're just drinking tea and talking about how to solve the next problem.
