The people who work for Mindstone Technology Llp are situated over at Spot 18 in Rahatni. Our office is No. 614, right by Sai Chowk. Being up on the sixth floor gives us a decent view of the area, which is a nice change from just looking at screens all day. We’ve been in the 411017 part of Pune for a while now, and everyone has settled in nicely. The office isn’t much to look at in terms of decoration. We prefer keeping the workspace simple so we can stay focused on the technology we are building. It’s a small operation, so we don’t have a lot of those corporate policies or rules. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and help each other out when things get difficult. Usually, we go down to the shops for a coffee when we need a break from the monitors. The atmosphere in our office is pretty friendly, and we all get along well. We don’t use scripts or try to sound corporate when we talk to people. We just say what we mean and try to be as helpful as possible. If a project is going to be a challenge, we’re honest about it from the start. We think people appreciate that more than a fancy sales pitch. There’s always something new to learn in this business, so we spend a lot of time reading and testing out new ideas. We’re just regular people doing good work.
