Mindlit Technologies Private Limited

We are based in Building A/1, specifically Flat 202 in Roseland Rythem. It’s in Pimple Saudagar, a part of Pune that has grown a lot in the last few years. The complex is quite nice, with some trees and a bit of a garden area that we walk through to get to the stairs. The office is really just a converted two-bedroom flat. We use the bigger room for the main team and the smaller one for storage and the printer. There’s a nice breeze that comes through the windows in the evening, which helps keep things cool. We’ve got a small fridge for water and milk, and a microwave that gets a lot of use at lunchtime. Pimple Saudagar is full of people our age, so there’s a good energy in the area. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small nameplate next to the doorbell. It’s a quiet place to work, mostly because we’re tucked away in a residential wing. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to be too loud when we’re leaving late at night. It doesn’t feel like a big corporate office, and we like it that way. We just show up, do our work, and head home. It’s simple and it works for us. We have some decent tea places nearby when we need a break from the screens.
