You’ll find us at Office No. 5 in the Gangadhar Chamber. We are at 314, right opposite the Prabhat Press. Mindflash Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is just a small office setup. It isn't one of those glass towers you see in the IT parks. We have some computers, some desks that have seen better days, and a lot of cables running around on the floor. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Being across from the press means we hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day. It’s a lively spot. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out technical problems. We don’t have a fancy dress code. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable. We started this because we like the work. It’s not about being the biggest company in Pune. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. Sometimes the internet slows down or the power goes out, and we just take that as a sign to go grab some tea downstairs. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just sit at our desks and get the coding or the data done. It’s home for our team. We just keep at it every day.
