Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services office here in Pune is tucked away in the Slate Bank Nagar Housing Society, specifically at Flat No. E-8. Most people in the P/Ibwcuadl area probably pass by without thinking much about it, but there is always someone around handling the paperwork or checking on projects. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the practical side of things like keeping buildings in shape and making sure the local infrastructure doesn't fall apart. It's not a flashy job. Some days are just filled with phone calls to contractors and others are spent looking at blueprints that have seen better days. The Maharashtra heat doesn't help much when we have to go out on site, but that is just how it goes. This office is a small part of a much bigger network, yet it feels like its own little world sometimes. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The coffee is usually okay and the files are mostly organized, though there’s always a bit of dust because of the nearby road work. People come and go, doing their bit for the military projects around this part of the city. It’s steady work. We don't really do much advertising because the work speaks for itself through the structures we maintain. It is just us, doing the day-to-day engineering and maintenance tasks that keep everything running as it should in Pune.
