Milind Kulkarmi

My name is Milind Kulkarmi and I operate out of Hadapsar in Pune. My spot is located at Tilekarvasti, which is pretty close to Magarpatta City. If you are familiar with the area, you know how much it has changed over the last few years. I have seen buildings go up everywhere while I stayed put at Sr. No 151. It is a practical space, nothing too flashy or modern. I spend most of my mornings getting things ready for the day ahead. People usually find me just by asking around the local shops. I don’t have a big fancy sign or anything like that. The work keeps me on my toes and I like the pace of this part of Pune. Hadapsar is always moving, but my corner feels a bit more grounded. I handle the day-to-day operations myself and try to keep things as straightforward as possible. Sometimes the internet is slow or the street is blocked by construction, but we manage. I am not one for long speeches or corporate talk. I just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home. It is a small business, run by a local person who understands the neighborhood. The heat in the afternoon can be a bit much, so I usually have the fan going full blast while I sort through my files. It’s just a regular life here at Tilekarvasti, doing honest work for whoever needs it without any fuss.
