You’ll find Milestone Soft Solutions at number 40 on the First Main Road in Akurdi. It’s a solid location, right where all the action is. We’ve been in this office for a few years, and the walls are starting to show a bit of wear, but we like it that way. It feels lived in. We’re a group that handles various software tasks. We don't have a big philosophy or a list of core values pinned up everywhere. We just show up on time and do what we said we’d do. Sometimes that means staying late on a Friday because something isn't quite right. We’ve got a small balcony where we go to get some air when the office feels a bit cramped. Akurdi is a great place to be, with plenty of good spots to grab a quick bite. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We're small enough that everyone knows everyone else’s business, for better or worse. It makes the workday go by faster when you're working with friends. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we’re here and that we get the job finished. We just keep plugging away, one project at a time, making sure things work. The landlord is a nice guy who lets us keep some plants in the hallway, which makes the place look a bit more cheerful.
