Milcon Engineers

Milcon Engineers is located at 73 Katraj Manipal Center 47, specifically on Plot No 37 at Swagat Corner. We are an engineering firm that has been operating out of the Katraj area for a while now. We handle a lot of technical work, mostly involving drawings, plans, and site visits. Our office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and files, which is how most engineering offices look when people are actually working. We are not a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are a small group of engineers and technicians who know our way around a construction site. We spend a lot of time on our computers but even more time out in the field checking on projects. The Katraj area is growing fast, so there is always something being built or repaired near us. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to our clients. We just explain what needs to be done to make a structure safe or a system work right. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we stay late in the office with the lights on, but we don't mind. It’s practical, technical work that requires a lot of attention to detail. We just focus on getting the calculations right and making sure the builders follow the plans. That is the long and short of what we do at Swagat Corner. We keep our coffee pot full and our rulers straight. It's a living.
