I work out of a small space here in Khondhwa S/5. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a room where I keep my desk, some files, and a couple of chairs for when people come to visit. My name is Mihir Porwal, and I’ve been operating from this location for a few years now. Most of the people who come by are from the local neighborhood or have heard about me through word of mouth. My day usually starts with checking messages and organizing the paperwork on my desk. It’s mostly just me here, though sometimes I have a bit of help when things get really busy. The area outside is quite lively, so there’s always the sound of traffic and people talking nearby. I try to keep things simple and direct. When someone walks in, we sit down and talk about what they need help with. I don't use a lot of fancy jargon or complicated processes. It’s more about listening and figuring out a practical way to solve whatever problem is on the table. Sometimes I’m out of the office for meetings or to check on things, so the door might be locked for an hour or two. But generally, I’m here most days from morning until evening. It’s a quiet way to earn a living, and I like the independence of running my own small operation right here in the community. It can get lonely sometimes, but then a regular customer pops in for a chat.
