You can find Miew Creations out in Bhugaon, which is on the edge of Pune. We are in Tower 6 of the SKYI Songbirds society, Flat 302. It’s a bit further out from the city center, which is actually quite nice because it’s a lot quieter and there’s more greenery around. Being an LLP, we keep things pretty informal. The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a good breeze coming through the windows most days, which is better than being in a stuffy building. We chose this spot because we wanted to avoid the heavy traffic of central Pune. The S.No 274/1 area in Mulshi is quite peaceful. We spend our days working on various creative projects. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people shouting into phones. It’s more about sitting down and getting the work done at a steady pace. Sometimes we take a break and just look out at the hills nearby. We don't have a corporate cafeteria, just a small kitchen where we make our own tea and coffee whenever we need a break. It’s a simple setup for a simple team. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the world or win lots of awards. We just want to do good work from a place where we actually enjoy spending our time. It feels a bit more like a community here than a cold business office environment.
