We are based in Pune, specifically at Plot No. D-21, T-204 in the Pavana Industrial Complex over in MIDC, Bhosari. If you know the Bhosari area, you know it’s a massive hub for all kinds of engineering and technical work. We’ve been part of this complex for a while now. Matrix Solutions isn't a high-tech office with bean bags or fancy coffee machines. It’s a practical workspace where we deal with the daily tasks that come our way. Most of the time, we are busy looking at technical drawings or figuring out how to fix a problem for a client. The air in Bhosari always smells a bit like oil and metal, and our office is no different. It’s a tight-knit team here. We don’t really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. If something needs fixing, whoever is closest does it. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks because we’d rather be out on the floor or dealing with the actual work. It can get pretty hectic when multiple projects land at the same time, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't put on an act for anyone. We’re just local people trying to provide what our customers need without any extra fuss. It's a lot of hard work and sometimes the hours are long, but that is just the way things go in an industrial zone like this one. We've been here for years and hope to stay.
