Our company is Microtech Systems I Pvt Ltd and we are located in Karad. You can find us at 87 Shaniwar Peth, which is right by the Super Market. Being in the Satara district of Maharashtra gives us a nice mix of local atmosphere and plenty of activity. The market area is always full of people, so there’s a lot of noise and energy right outside our door. Our office is in a building that’s seen its fair share of years. Inside, it’s a working environment through and through. We have our computer systems set up and plenty of space for the technical work we do. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters. We have some old files stacked in the corners and the furniture is mostly just functional. We don't have a formal way of doing things. We just show up, have some tea, and get to work. Most of us have lived in Karad our whole lives, so we know the area well. We don’t have a big mission statement or any promotional slogans. We just focus on the systems we manage and make sure everything is running as it should. It’s a busy life, especially on market days when the streets are packed. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a practical, local business and we like it that way.
