We are located at 86/B, Shukrawar Peth, right on Shinde Lane. The best way to find us is to look for Gaurav Biryani House because we are directly opposite them. The smell of food is always drifting into our shop, which makes us hungry all day. We are a small team that handles computers and info systems. Our shop is pretty small and filled with monitors, cables, and open computer towers. It’s the kind of place where there isn't much room to walk, but we like it that way. We’ve been in Shukrawar Peth for a long time and we know most of the other shop owners around here. We don’t wear uniforms or follow a corporate handbook. If your computer is broken, we just take a look and tell you what’s wrong in plain English. We don’t try to confuse people with big technical words. Most of our tools are old but they still work perfectly. Sometimes the lane gets really crowded with bikes and people, so it can be a bit of a squeeze to get in. We open up in the morning and stay until the last repair is finished. We aren’t a big chain store with thousands of employees. It’s just us, some screwdrivers, and a lot of patience. We enjoy the challenge of a difficult repair. It’s how we’ve stayed in business for so many years without needing to advertise much.
