You can find us over at Apulki House in Tapkir Nagar. We have been operating out of this part of Kalewadi for some time now. It is a busy area in Pune, but we have gotten used to the noise and the quick pace of things around here. Our day usually starts pretty early because there is always something that needs fixing or checking on. Working with power systems means we have to stay alert throughout the shift. It is hands-on work, and we spend a lot of our time on our feet moving around. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our tools and various parts. Most of the people working here are from around Maharashtra, so we know the local area quite well. We do not go in for big meetings or long speeches. We just look at what needs doing for the day and get on with it. Sometimes we are out on-site and other times we are back at the house organizing the gear. It is a bit dusty sometimes around Kalewadi with all the new construction going on, but that is just how it is. We appreciate having a steady place to work from. There is always a kettle on for tea and someone usually has some snacks to share during the afternoon. We have built up a decent rhythm over the years.
