Our place is located at Vitthal Heights, under the care of Ananta Keshav Bhumkar at Sr No 2/2. Microdynamic Software Private Limited isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of floors and glass elevators. We operate from a pretty modest space here. It’s mostly computers and a lot of wires everywhere you look on the floor. We deal with software mostly. It’s a lot of sitting and typing for hours on end. The neighborhood is alright, busy enough to feel like things are actually happening around us. We don't really do the whole fancy office decor thing. If you came by, you’d just see people working and maybe some empty tea cups. We've been at this for a while now. Some days are longer than others, especially when a project is close to being done and we're tired. We try to keep things simple. No one here wears a suit or even a tie. We just focus on the code and making sure the software actually works like it's supposed to for the people using it. It’s a small operation. We handle things ourselves, from the tech stuff to cleaning up the office at the end of the day because we don't have a cleaning crew. There’s no big manual on how we do things here. We just figure it out as we go along. It’s practical work. That’s who we are. Just a bunch of tech-minded folks at Vitthal Heights trying to stay productive and solve problems without making a big fuss about it.
