Our office is in a residential building called Shubh Kalp, Flat No. 407. It's located in Manjari Bk, which is a part of Pune that's been growing a lot lately. Being in a flat makes the work environment feel very relaxed and homey. We aren't in a big glass tower. It’s just a regular neighborhood where people live and go about their day. We have our computers set up in the main rooms, and the balcony gives us a bit of a view of the S.No. 80/5 area. Manjari is a bit far from the main city center, so it’s quieter here, which helps us focus. We spend most of our time on systems and technical work. It’s just a few of us, so we all know each other well. We don't have a HR department or a big cafeteria. We usually just order something from the local shops or bring lunch from home and eat together. The building is decent, and the neighbors are used to us being there by now. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow, so we take the stairs to the fourth floor. It’s good exercise anyway. We don't do anything flashy. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We try to keep things organized but it’s a working office, so there’s always a few papers and cables lying around. It’s just how we operate day in and day out.
