Microcubs Systems Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Vijaya Chambers, right across from the State Bank of India in Hingane Khurd Phase -1. It is a G I D C area, so there are mostly industrial units and other small businesses surrounding us. We have been at 41369 for a while now. Our office is not much to look at, but it serves its purpose for the kind of work we do. We spend most of our time dealing with technical systems and sorting through inventory. Being so close to the bank is convenient for errands, but finding a parking spot in the morning is almost impossible. We usually have to park a few blocks away and walk in. The office is often a bit cluttered with wires, spare parts, and old hardware that we haven't quite decided to throw out yet. We are not the kind of company that has a polished lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. We are more interested in the actual work at hand. Most of the staff here are local people who live nearby in the Hingane area. We tend to talk about the latest cricket scores more than we talk about business strategies. It is a relaxed atmosphere, sometimes maybe a little too much, but we always get the orders out on time. We just do what is on the schedule for the day and go home.
