Mhaske Hospital

Mhaske Hospital is out in Khandala Bavada. It is not the big city, that is for sure. Things move a bit slower around here compared to the places near the highway. Khandala Bavada is a place where you recognize most people you see on the street. The hospital is a simple building, nothing too tall or modern looking. We have got a few trees out front that give some shade when the sun is really beating down. Inside, it is pretty basic. We have the rooms and the beds and the equipment we need to take care of things. It is the kind of place where the doctor might know your uncle or your neighbor. We do not have a fancy website or a big sign with lights. Just a plain sign so people know where to turn. The air is a bit fresher here than in the middle of town. Sometimes it gets quiet in the afternoons and you can just hear the birds or a tractor passing by on the road. We do our best to keep the place tidy but with the dust from the fields it is a constant job. The staff are all local folks who live just a short distance away. They walk or bike to work. It is a small operation but it has been here for a while and it serves the people around Khandala Bavada well enough without needing to be anything more.
