We are located in Saundarya Colony, right on Rahatani Road in the Rahatani area of Pune. Metro Multi Speciality Hospital And Icu is a place we put a lot of effort into every single day. Having an ICU means we have to stay alert all night, so the lights are almost never off here. Pune is a big city, but Rahatani feels like its own little world sometimes. We see a lot of local families coming in for various reasons. The road outside can get pretty noisy with all the traffic, but inside we try to keep things as calm as we can for the patients. It is a basic building, nothing like those giant luxury hospitals you see in the movies. We just have what is necessary to take care of people. Our staff lives around Rahatani or nearby, so we are really part of the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time talking to relatives in the waiting area. It is not always easy work, and sometimes things get a bit stressful in the ICU ward, but we just take it one hour at a time. We do not use big words or try to act more important than we are. We are just here to help when someone gets sick or needs a checkup. Being on Rahatani Road makes us easy to get to for anyone in the colony. We just stick to the routine and help whoever walks in.
